Change Manager – SAP EWM Rollout

We are seeking an experienced delivery-focused Change Manager to join an SAP EWM rollout program currently underway. The organisation is deploying SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across multiple operational sites, requiring a hands-on change professional to drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness, training and adoption throughout the deployment lifecycle.

This role will support the rollout of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) across multiple operational sites, requiring a hands-on change professional who can partner closely with business stakeholders, site teams, and project delivery resources to drive successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management activities across multiple SAP S/4HANA EWM deployments.
  • Develop and execute change, communication, engagement and training strategies aligned to the rollout schedule.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness activities to support business adoption.
  • Partner with operational leaders, warehouse teams, SMEs and project stakeholders to manage change impacts.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and site engagement activities.
  • Measure and report on change readiness, adoption, risks and benefits realisation.
  • Support go-live activities and hypercare periods across deployment sites.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering change management activities on large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Previous SAP S/4HANA experience, ideally within EWM, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing or Warehouse Operations environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both corporate and frontline operational teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-site rollouts and geographically dispersed workforces.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced program environment that is already underway.
